The March 2018 issue of Lake Minnetonka Magazine features a recent Arbor Haus remodel in “Local Home Has Lakeside Charm”.
These clients, an active young family, wanted easy breezy lake town living with an open floor plan and better flow throughout their home. They also wanted to capitalize on priceless views of Excelsior Bay all within the existing footprint of their 1880 home. In the end the finished project was an updated thoughtful home with a nod to the past while allowing the home to carry into the future for another 140 years.
