Process
- Informational Meeting: We discuss your wants and needs and design style, then take measurements and photos.
- Walk-Throughs: All of our contractors will conduct a walk-through of the space as part of the kick-off of the project and review all the detailed specifications.
- Estimates: We provide detailed estimates for each portion of your project including labor and supplies.
- Authorization: Arbor Haus requires a formal signature with the customer’s authorization to proceed. This allows us to lock down your spot on the schedule in order to ensure a timely delivery of your project.
- Design Selections: We work with you to finalize all the material selections.
- Final Pre-Construction Meetings: Costs based on all selections are finalized and timing details are nailed down.
- Construction Kick-Off: Work begins and communication continues with ongoing progress reports and weekly update meetings.
- Completion: Time to enjoy the finished project.
